Installation:

  1.  Make sure you have a web server that supports PHP.
  2.  Stick this where the web server can access it
      (Debian:  /var/www, RedHat:  /home/httpd/html)
  3.  Edit lib/config.inc and change the variables so that
      they point to the correct directories.
  4.  Edit the player.pl  and change the variables so that
      they point to the correct directories and ...
	  Run it.
  

PLEASE don't email me with questions of how to get it running.
I don't intend to do trouble shooting, unless you are submitting
bugs or patches.  Sorry.. I just don't have time.  If you would
like to help out with this project (code-wise), let me know!!
